Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, or change-of-mind purchases.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at auralossapparel@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please double-check sizing information before placing your order.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the requirements above.
