ORDER PROCESSING

All products are made to order. Orders typically require 2–7 business days for production before shipment.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or product shortages, production times may be longer.

SHIPPING TIMES

United States:
Estimated delivery is typically 2–5 business days after production.

International:
Estimated delivery is typically 10–30 business days after production, depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Aura Loss Apparel™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

DELAYS

Occasionally, shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, customs inspections, or other circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience in these situations.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. Include your order number and any relevant photos so we can assist you.
